This is a new construction it is a two story plus a bonus room of 980 square feet in the attic, the total conditioned area is 4550 square feet. The owners are highly satisfied with the entire mechanical installation, and the utility bills that are really low for a residence of this size. This project was completed in the year 2000.
This is one of our early projects. There are a total of seven tons of geothermal heating and cooling and one geothermal pool heater. The systems have been operating at our client expectations, since we installed them in the year 2002.
We installed four units, with a total capacity of Eleven tons of geothermal heating and air conditioning. Because the lack of outside space, we installed the vertical loops inside of the building, at 250 feet deep. The systems have been operating since 2002.
This is a new construction project located in the Old Metairie area; we installed one Waterfurnace that has a two stages compressor and variable speed blower, it is a five tons unit, the air distribution system comprehends four thermostatically controlled zones. This project was completed on April 2004. Our client claims to have very low utility bill in this 4800 square feet residence.
We do small retrofit projects too; this is a 1240 square feet house in the up- town area, we removed one 2 ½ tons 12.00 SEER unit with a 75,000 BTU gas furnace. We installed one 2 tons two speeds geothermal unit, in the summer of 2009. Very satisfied client!
